Notes:
-Tennessee jumps Texas due to the Horns suspect pass defense. Nationally Texas is taking some heat for the last two weeks, but we all know how tough Tech is at home (and at night). More on the game later.
-I'm not sold on Arkansas as a Top 10 team, but for now didn't have anywhere else to put them
-I wasn't sure how far to drop USC: was this the beginning of rebuilding or just a bad game? The next couple of weeks will tell. If they stay at one-loss, they will have a strong resume.
