I'm not as disgusting as I used to be!!
During the month of January I participated in a work-out/weight loss competition with a few friends. I needed to lose some weight and this was the perfect opportunity. The winner of the contest got their dinner paid for at Bob's Steak and Chop, this reward was very motivating. I had a pretty successful month as I lost about 10 pounds. My clothes fit better, I have more energy, and I generally just feel better about myself. My goal is to lose 10 more pounds by the time Savannah gets here. I could post a few before and after pics, but since this is a family friendly blog I better not!

I will vouche for Matt that he did a great job! Especially having a pregnant wife eating whatever she wanted...I'm sure I made it a little harder on him. But he really looks great and I'm excited because he will be my motivation to lose the baby weight! :)
